The training is aimed at:

• Mastering the basics of competitive swimming;
• Mastering the pace of swimming;

JUNIOR ROCKS

Age – 7-13 years.

Feature: pre-competition preparation.

Duration of classes: 2 times a week.

The training is aimed at:

• Introduction to the world of competitive swimming;
• Training in swimming rules and behavior on the water;
• Mastering and improving stroke technique;
• Development of endurance.

YOUTH ROCKS

Age – 9-13 years.

Feature – intermediate stage of preparation – № 1.

Duration of classes: 1.5-2 hours 3-4 times a week.

The training is aimed at:

• Development of swimming techniques in different styles;
• Development of endurance.

Classes are also held on land – once a week.

YOUTH PROFI ROCKS

Age – 9-13 years.

Feature – intermediate stage of preparation – № 2.

Duration of classes: 1.5-2 hours 4-6 times a week.

The training is aimed at:

• Improving skills;
• Achievements of goals;
• Development of endurance.

Classes are also held on land – 2 times a week.
